The entire aprentas training offer has a modular structure. Proven experts communicate basic vocational knowledge and skills to the apprentices and help them to practice deploying them in a modern, future-oriented infrastructure. aprentas forms the third element of the three-way apprenticeship alongside the apprenticeship company and vocational training school. This principle of three places of learning – apprenticeship company, vocational training school and training association – takes a lot of pressure off the apprenticeship companies in terms of basic practical training, repetition and examination preparation.
