Commercial Training
The fourth place of learning:
- 1st training year – create a basis
Six-month introduction to the profession. From the first day, the apprentices work and gain practical experience at Bal'oro AG or Cadolino AG. After completing the basic training, the apprentices can be immediately deployed in the apprenticeship company.
- 2nd training year - understand business
In the second training year, we organise a two-week business programme. The aim is to enhance understanding of economic connections and the consequences of decisions at the management level.
- 3rd training year – consolidate knowledge
We intensively prepare the apprentices for the qualification process before the final examinations.
Chemistry industry:
- Organising and delivering inter-company courses throughout Switzerland
- Contact partner for vocational training questions in the training companies
