Zimmer
Die kleinen Zimmer messen ca. 11m2, die grossen 22 m2. Zur Grundausstattung der Zimmer gehören Bett und Bettwäsche, Schrank, Bücherregal, Arbeitstisch und Bürostuhl. Alles andere richten die Bewohner nach ihren Bedürfnissen selbst ein.

Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice; das Putzen der Zimmer ist Sache der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. Die Bettwäsche wird vom Haus zur Verfügung gestellt und gewaschen. Die Reinigung der Nasszellen und allgemeinen Räume wird von einer Reinigungsfirma übernommen.

Infrastruktur
• zwei Badezimmer pro Stockwerk (Duschen, WC's, Lavabos)
• Waschmaschinen, Tumbler, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett
• komplett eingerichtete Gemeinschaftsküchen
• TV- und Aufenthaltsräume
• PC-Stationen im Eingangsbereich mit Drucker und Scanner
• Internetzugang (WLAN) auf allen Stockwerken
• Lernzimmer

Kosten
Ein kleines Zimmer kostet CHF 600.- und ein grosses CHF 700.- monatlich. Sämtliche Nebenkosten sind in den genannten Beträgen inbegriffen. Ausser bei einer Mietdauer von weniger als einem Monat; dann wird zusätzlich Mehrwertsteuer erhoben. Mieten von einem Monat und mehr sind mehrwertsteuerfrei.

English version

The rooms
There are small rooms approx. 11m2 and large ones approx. 22 m2. The basic furnishings include bed and bed-linen, wardrobe, bookcase, desk and chair. Everything else is provided by the residents according to their needs.

There is no cleaning service; it is up to the residents to keep their rooms tidy. The bed linen is washed to no extra cost. The cleaning of the bathrooms and common rooms is taken care of by external staff.

The infrastructure
• two bathrooms on every floor (showers, toilets, washbasins)
• washing machines, tumblers, irons, ironing boards
• completely furnished sharedkitchens
• TV and leisure rooms
• PC's with printers and scanners in the entrance hall
• internet access (WLAN) on every floor
• quiet learning room

The costs
Residents pay CHF 600.- a month for a small room or CHF 700.- for a large one, respectively. All additional costs are included in these amounts. Except if you rent a room for less than one month; in that case value added tax is due additionally. Rents of one month and longer are not subject to value added tax.
